FOR FAMILY

A winter the whole family remembers.

Five nights of private lodges, days paced for every age and a team that handles the details. A journey built so that the adults are present too, not just organising.

Arrive together

A private arrival

A private transfer collects you from the airport and brings you straight to the lodge, so nobody has to wait or queue at the end of a long day of travelling. Warm clothing is fitted on arrival, the fire is already lit, and the first evening asks nothing more of you than dinner and an early night.

Meeting the huskies

Husky farm and first sled ride

The morning is spent at a husky farm, where the children meet the dogs and learn how the teams are cared for before anyone steps onto a sled. The ride itself is short and gentle, chosen so that the youngest can take part. Lunch is served by the fire, and the afternoon stays free.

Reindeer and the old ways

A day at a reindeer farm

A slower day among the reindeer, feeding the herd by hand and travelling a short route by sled through the forest. Afterwards there is time in a traditional kota, where stories about herding and the Arctic seasons tend to hold the children's attention far longer than anyone expects.

Out on the snow

Snowmobile safari and ice fishing

Adults take the controls while children travel in a heated sleigh, following forest trails out to a frozen lake. Holes are drilled, lines are dropped and lunch is cooked over an open fire, whether or not anything is caught. It is usually the day the family talks about afterwards.

Waiting for the sky

Northern Lights, timed for children

The day is kept deliberately light so that everyone still has energy after dark. A private guide takes you to a quiet place away from artificial light, with blankets, a fire and something warm to drink. If the children fall asleep before the lights appear, that is part of it too.

A last morning

Departure

Nothing is rushed. Breakfast at your own pace, a final walk in the snow and a private transfer timed around your flight home.
